With the elimination of Thang Nguyen in fourth place the final three players began to discuss an adjusted payout deal. The stacks were counted down and it didn't take long for them to come to an agreement.

David Jackson was holding the chip lead at the time of the deal and he will take home the lion's share of the prize pool earning $32,000 and his third Borgata Poker trophy.

Jackson built a big stack early and stayed near the top of the chip counts for much of the night.

He entered the final table at the top of the chip counts and never relinquished the lead on his way to victory.

Jackson's largest career score of $304,929 came here at the Borgata in April after winning the BSPO $2,700 Championship NLH event and he has now earned over $2,100,000 throughout his career.

Matt Land earns his largest career tournament score of $26,060 for his second place finish.

Jeff Black also takes home his largest career tournament earning $24,227 for his third place finish. Below is a look at the Event #6 $400 Saturday Series NLH final table results.

Saturday Series Underway

John Wilson
John Wilson

Level 1: Blinds 100/100

Borgata’s well-known and loved $100K GTD Saturday Series No Limit Hold’em tournament is underway in the Signature Room. This is a one-day event, so they’ll play until another Borgata Fall Poker Open trophy finds a new home.

Last year the first Saturday Series Deep Stack event drew 455 runners and crushed its $100,000 guarantee by creating a prize pool in excess of $154,000. John Wilson of Malvern, PA, came out on top of that tournament, taking first place and $23,760 after a 4-way deal was made.
