The under the gun player raised to 31,000 and Tommy Bates called from middle position. They went heads up to the flop and the under the gun player bet 35,000.

Bates called and both players checked the turn card. The completed the board and the player checked to Bates who bet 50,000.

His opponent quickly called and Bates turned over for the nut flush to take the pot.

Jackson Straightens Out Anastasi

David Jackson raised to 18,000 from middle position and Michael Haberman called from the small blind. Anthony Anastasi moved all in from the big blind for 81,000 and Jackson re-shoved all in.

Haberman quickly folded and the hands were revealed.

Dinner Time for Saturday Series

Event #6: Saturday Series DeepStack NLH is on dinner break until about 8:35pm.

Shortly before the end of level 15, Tommy Bates had another player all-in and in bad shape, with pocket queens against his opponent's pocket tens.

A ten on the flop sent the lead the other way, but then Bates caught a Queen for the bigger set. He stacked his opponent and is possibly the chip leader among the remaining 78 players as they head out for dinner.
