On the flop of both players checked, and repeated that action on the turn. When the completed the board, Alberto tossed in 16,000. Rines announced he was all-in and Alberto wanted a count — 45,400 total.
Rines stood up and Alberto did likewise, saying "you don't have the flush," then "this would be a sick call". He finally tossed in the chips and showed for the rivered straight. Rines had rivered the flush with his and doubled up. Alberto was still in good shape, although he probably regrets making that "sick call".
