The final table of six for Event #11: $650 Super Deep 6-Max has been set here at the 2026 Borgata Summer Poker Open. From a starting field of 401 entries, 65 returned today for Day 2 action, all of whom were in the money and guaranteed a minimum cash of $1,120.
However, the lion’s share of the $228,570 prize pool was reserved for those who survived to the final table, with all still to play for, including the first-place prize of $41,150.
Leading the pack into the final table is Giorgi Arveladze, who rode a rollercoaster all day, constantly applying pressure to his opponents as he utilized a strong finish to bag 4,495,000, good for 56 big blinds for the restart and well ahead of his competition.
Returning for the final day in second is Yuriy Kudrynskyy (2,810,000), who also remained toward the top of the counts for the entirety of the day. Rounding out the podium in third is Ryan Syrko (2,610,000), who benefitted from a massive three-way all in during seven-handed play. He held ace-king against two opponents who both had queens, but found a king on the turn to triple his stack, and he will look to ride that momentum all the way to the title.

Also advancing to the final table is the final woman standing in Li Liang (2,330,000), who made bold and courageous plays from the first shuffle as she needs just one more ladder to achieve a career best score.
Bin Weng (1,930,000) is the most recognizing name to advance to the final table. His aggressive style served him well today as he positions himself for another deep run.
Shortly behind Weng is Frank Costigan (1,880,000), who still holds a healthy stack of 24 big blinds. The New Jersey native needs fourth or better to set a new career high-score.
Day 2 Action
The field size dwindled quickly to begin the day, with over a third of the returning players being eliminated within the first 90 minutes of play. Among the early exits included James Hundt (64th - $1,120), Blake Vogdes (59th - $1,190), Mykhailo Lendel (58th), James Lillis (55th), Robert Hwang (54th - $1,255), John D’Agostino (48th - $1,370), James Lauer (47th), and Kaifan Wang (44th).
The tournament area grew smaller and smaller as more players had their run cut short just before the large payouts came into play. Some notables to bust during this period include Charles Furey (36th - $1,625), BetMGM ambassador Michael Lavin (29th - $1,760), Alex Rocha (25th), Christopher Basile (16th - $2,310), and Harrison Dobin (14th).
When the final two tables were reached, it was Bin Weng holding a commanding chip lead, but it wasn't entirely smooth sailing for Weng, who is still getting re-acclimated to live tournament poker after some health issues, which he explained to PokerNews in an exclusive interview on one of the breaks.
Former November 9-er Thomas Cannuli was the next to fall (12th - $2,515), while Borgata regular Jose Wong was the victim of a brutal river two-outer to be eliminated in 10th ($3,085).
Tanupat Punjarojanakul survived on the short stack for some time, but his run eventually ended in eighth ($4,800), setting up the unofficial final table of seven.
Final table play would continue for 20 minutes until Christopher Ackerman's elimination ended play for the evening. He flopped bottom pair with a gutter and his flop jam was called by the higher gutter and backdoor flush draw of Giorgi Arveladze, who made the higher straight on the river to send Ackerman to the payout desk for $6,050.

Day 3 begins Friday at 12 p.m., and will take place in the live stream area inside the Borgata Poker Room. Updates for tomorrow will align with the stream, which is on a roughly 30-minute delay.
Action resumes with 25:43 remaining in Level 26 with blinds of 40,000/80,000, and an average stack of 2,673,000 (33 bb).
