Aleksei Borovkov opened the action with a raise to 40,000 in the cutoff and Gustavo Neves called from the big blind. The flop came 7♥6♦5♣ and Neves was the one to lead out with a bet of 40,000 which Borovkov called.

The turn brought the A♣ and Neves checked this time. Borovkov took the lead with a bet of 80,000 and Neves just called. The river was the 4♦ and Neves led out again with a bet of 130,000. Borovkov looked him up and Neves tabled Q♣8♣ for a straight to claim the pot.

Onodera had found a pair of kings and was a big favorite to double up, but Mota spiked two pair on the A♠3♣3♥ flop to take the lead. Onodera was left looking for the last king in the deck to stay alive but found no miracles on the 10♦ turn or 2♣ river as he was sent to the rail.

Rodrigo Seiji and William Fernandes built a pot of around 400,000 as they went heads-up to the 8♣J♠9♥ flop.

Seiji then bet 125,000 from the small blind and Fernandes called in the hijack. The turn was the 10♠ and Seiji bet 500,000. Fernandes used a time bank until eventually sliding his cards into the muck, as well as his rabbit hunt card.

Seiji showed Q♥Q♦ for a straight as the dealer exposed the Q♠ river that put a straight on the board.

At another table, Diego Serrano raised to 50,000 under the gun and Carlos Madeira called in the big blind.

Both players checked the A♣5♥3♣ flop and Madeira led out for 100,000 on the 6♥ turn. Serrano called and the K♦ fell on the river.

Madeira checked over to Serrano who bet 200,000. Madeira used a few time banks before calling as Serrano showed A♦Q♥. Madeira flashed the A♠ as he mucked.

The K♦ paired the board on the turn and Plante checked again. Ramos put together a bet of 165,000 and Plante instantly slid his cards to the muck.
