Ariel Celestino raised to 3,000 from under the gun, which was met by a three-bet to 7,500 from Mateus Moraes in the cutoff. The action folded back to Celestino, who called.
When the dealer spread the 4♠A♠9♦ flop, a continuation bet of 5,000 was enough to see Moraes claim the pot.
Masato Yokosawa opened the action with a raise to 3,500 from the cutoff, which the players in the small and big blinds each called.
The action checked through on the 3♣2♠6♦ flop, and again on the A♥ turn.
When the K♦ river completed the board, the action checked to Yokosawa for a third time. This time he placed a bet of 10,000, which saw both his opponents fold.
Seeing a raise to 2,500 and a call ahead of him, Gabriel Tavares three-bet to 12,000 from the button. Ariel Celestino responded with a four-bet to 30,000 from the small blind, which only Tavares called.
Both players checked on the 10♥J♥7♣ flop, before Celestino picked his betting lead back up on the 6♠ turn. He put 25,000 into the middle, which Tavares called.
The river 5♥ saw Celestino bet again, this time for 35,000. Tavares called again, tabling 7♦6♦ for two pair, which bested the A♥J♣ of Celestino.
The highly anticipated 2025 Brazilian Series of Poker Super High Roller Series (BSOP SHR Series) has touched down in São Paulo - and what better way to set the tone for the week than with the $10,000 Super High Roller Invitational?
Hosted at the luxurious WTC Sheraton, this exclusive two-day showdown is set to be one of the highlights of the festival.
In a unique twist on the traditional high-stakes format, a select group of players will be invited by the BSOP to participate, each of whom must bring one professional player as their guest.

An exciting and innovative way to kick off the series, this Super High Roller Invitational is poised to deliver plenty of poker action from start to finish.
