Rizzo Hits the Rail

Stewart Morrison

Level 15 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Seeing a raise Ottomar Ladva to 32,000 ahead of him, Leonardo Rizzo moved all in for 31,000 in the small blind. The big blind then called.

Ladva continued for 20,000 on the J♥Q♣8♠ board, which saw the back of the big blind player.

Leonardo Rizzo: 7♣5♦ All in
Ottomar Ladva: A♣J♠

There was no help to be found for Rizzo, as the board bricked out, seeing Ladva pull in the pot.

A few hands prior, Renan Bruschi suffered the same fate, falling just short of the final table.
