Felipe Boianovsky Leads 15 Players Into Day 2 of the BSOP $50,000 Super High Roller
A champion will be crowned today as 15 players return for Day 2 of the Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) Super High Roller Series R$250,000 ($50,000 US) Super High Roller at 2 p.m. local time.
Local superstar Felipe Boianovsky holds the chip lead at the start of the day with 1,045,000 as he looks to add to his nearly $3 million in live earnings. The entertaining Leonardo Rizzo is right behind him with 1,000,000, while Vladimir Minko (900,000), Pedro Padilha (780,000), and Joao Simao (750,000) round out the top five.

A total of 37 players have entered the tournament so far, but that number should grow as late registration remains open until the start of the day. The action picks up on Level 13 with blinds of 10,000/20,000 and a 20,000 big blind ante. Levels remain 40 minutes until the final table, when blinds will increase every 19 hands.
The tournament is scheduled to play down to a winner by the end of the day. The action will be streamed on BSOP’s official YouTube channel, with English commentary provided by Jeff Gross and Brian Rast.
