Simao Plays Three in a Row

Joao Simao and Pedro Padilha went to a flop of Q♥Q♠9♠ where Simao bet 40,000 from the hijack. Padilha then raised to 125,000 in the big blind, and Simao called.

Both players checked down the 3♥ turn and A♠ river, and Simao showed K♦J♥ to win the pot.

Simao then opened to 60,000 under the gun and Ruben Lopes three-bet to 130,000 in the cutoff. Simao came back with a four-bet to 230,000, and Lopes folded.

Leonardo Rizzo then raised to 60,000 in the small blind and Simao defended his big blind.

Rizzo continued for 100,000 on the A♥Q♣J♣ flop and Simao called. The K♦ turn and 2♠ river were checked down, and Rizzo showed K♣9♠ to win the pot.
