Boianovsky Survives a Flip

Level 17 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Vladimir Minko raised to 100,000 in the hijack with KQ and Leandro Zavodini called in the small blind.

Minko hit top pair on the K86 flop and continued for 100,000. Zavodini called, and the K turn improved Minko to trips. He then bet 400,000, and Zavodini folded 109.

Zavodini then raised to 110,000 on the button and Felipe Boianovsky three-bet to 250,000 in the small blind, leaving 60,000 behind. Zavodini moved all in, and Boianovsky called off his last few chips.

Felipe Boianovsky: 66 All in
Leandro Zavodini: KQ

Boianovsky was racing for his tournament life, and his sixes held on through the 95383 board to earn him the double up.
