2018 Cash Game Festival Tallinn II
Day 3 Completed
Day 3 of the Cash Game Festival Tallinn at Olympic Park Casino was full of action both on and away from the tables.
The day began with a treat for fans of the Cash Game Festival stream as for the first time five new poker variants, including Big O (five-card pot-limit Omaha h/l), Courchevel, badugi, crazy pineapple, and Sviten special, were broadcasted live on an early stream.
As the stream was an unofficial one, players understood before the action began that the big winner wouldn't be eligible for Cash Game Festival trophy awarded to the player that wins the most big blinds out of any of the players on the 10 official feature tables this festival.
Cash Game Festival Jens Henrik Riis, otherwise known as "Dansken" to his friends, was the biggest winner at this table after booking a profit of €573. He was ahead even more after going on a mad run the first bunch of hands before he cooled off.
"I have never been a run like that in my life," shared Riis to PokerNews. "I couldn't lose in the first nine hands."
The first official stream of the day began shortly after with stakes at €2/€2 no-limit hold'em. Michelangelo Scalcione artistically navigated his way to the biggest win at that table after booking a respectable profit of €348 (174 big blinds).
The game then changed to €2/€2 pot-limit Omaha. Rain Jogioja, who is currently in the lead for the Cash Game Festival Tallinn trophy after booking a profit of €1,845 (922.5 big blinds) on Day 1's €2/€2 pot-limit Omaha table was out for blood looking for an even bigger win today.
The Estonian did manage to book a respectable profit of €992 but 32Red Poker qualifier Christian Braeuer rained on his parade by winning a bigger profit of €1,256 (628 big blinds). Although Jogioja wasn't the star of Day 3, his Day 1 win is still enough to keep his lead in the trophy competition.

The final feature table has just ended. The stakes were €2/€2 pot-limit Omaha and Rain Jogioja who thus far has won the most big blinds out of any of the players of feature table was out to win another feature table.
Jogioja booked a healthy profit of €992 and shared he was off to play at a €5/€5 pot-limit Omaha side table.
This would normally be good enough to be the biggest winner but 32Red Poker qualifier Christian Braeuer rained Jogioja's parade after booking a profit of €1,256.
Jogioja is still in the driver's seat for the trophy as the 628 big blinds Braeuer wasn't enough to put him in the overall lead with Jogioja winning 922.5 big blinds on Day 1.
