Patel Takes it on River
Level 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Elias Nasr opened to 600 from middle position and was called by three players to see a flop of 10♠6♦7♦. The action checked through the flop and the four players went to the turn 7♠ where again action was checked to Nasr, who then bet 1,000 and was called by Christopher Zuniga on the button, but then Jignesh Patel check-raised to 3,500.
Nasr decided he'd had enough and got out of the way but Zuniga was a non-believer and made the call.
When the river came the K♣, Patel fired for 3,800 and received a hasty fold from Zuniga to win himself the pot.
