Eunice Choung moved all in preflop and Leighton Thompson made the call to put her at risk.

Choung flipped over QQ while Thompson tabled KJ

"King-jack has been no good for me today," another player comments, but the board ran out 8296K for Thompson to drill a king on the river to send Choung to the rail while he scooped the pot.

Tokko Takes Velkuru's Tournamnet Life

Level 12 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Mustapha Tokko opened to 11,000 from early position and was called by the lojack and Sandeep Velkuru in the big blind.

When the flop came out 432, Velkuru led-jammed for 93,000 and Tokko shipped for more while the other player got out of the way.

Velkuru flipped over 1010 and was ahead against the AK of Tokko. Unfortunately for him, the turn A immediately gave Tokko the upper hand with his ace and the river 6 sealed Velkuru's fate. The pot was then shipped over to Tokko to boost his stack to over 250,000 while Velkuru was sent to the rail.
