Keeline Delivers a Cooler

Level 7 : 400/800, 800 ante
Ben Keeline
Ben Keeline

A commotion was overheard coming from Table 14 as Ben Keeline and the player on his direct right were involved in an all-in scenario that sent Keeline's opponent to the rail in a chilling fashion. Keeline's cards {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} were still displayed on a board reading {a-Spades}{8-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{q-Spades}{8-Clubs}, hitting a full house on the river.

According to Keeline, he called the player's hijack open from the cutoff and went heads up to the flop, where he called a continuation-bet for smaller than the original raise size. The player continued for 9,000 on the turn and Keeline raised all in after hitting two pair, with a call being made.

Keeline's opponent had flopped two pair with {a-}{j-} and was in great shape for the double, needing to fade the four outer against Keeline's queens up. Unfortunately, those queens up became eights full when all was said and done and Keeline took down the pot as a result.

Pineda Cages Meyer

Level 7 : 400/800, 800 ante
Pat Pineda
Pat Pineda

Pat Pineda open-limped in the cutoff and Sean Maher raised to 2,800 on the button. The small blind called and Caleb Meyer three-bet to 9,000 in the big blind.

Pineda thought for a bit and then put in chips to call, sending Maher into the tank for over a minute before folding. The small blind folded behind and action went heads up to the flop {7-Spades}{j-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}, where Meyer jammed for a less than a pot-sized bet and Pineda immediately announced a call.

Meyer slammed down {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} upon seeing Pineda's {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} and found no help as the runout finished {j-Hearts}{k-Spades} to give Pineda a full house and eliminate Meyer from the tournament.
