Gius Empties the Clip

Greg Gius opened to 400 from under the gun and was called by Joel Verbeck on his direct left. Action folded around to the blinds, who both called.

The flop came and both blinds checked. Gius made a continuation-bet of 1,000. Verbeck called and the blinds got out of their way.

The turn fell and Gius continued for another 2,300. Verbeck called.

The dealer then burned and turned the river and Gius postured for a moment before looking at his chips and pushing his remaining stack forward. The dealer responded by putting a red, "all-in" button in front of him and Verbeck now found himself faced with a decision for the majority of his remaining chips.
