Frank Wikne had lost a big portion of his stack against Ville-Matti Lintula earlier on and now got it in via flip for around 20,000 against the Finn.

Several players are gunning for the top spot for Day 1b in the final half an hour of play with four distinct contenders.
One of them is Taavi Pusa, who just raised to 3,000 and was called by fellow big stack Monica Klingenberg in the big blind. They checked the Q♠6♥5♣ flop and Klingenberg check-called the 2♠ turn for 3,500. She checked the 10♠ river and then folded when Pusa bet 11,000.
Kristine Ingebrigtsen checked out of the blinds on the 8♦4♦3♦4♥ turn and then called a bet worth 8,000 by Johnny Kristiansen with the words "I might win this one". The 2♣ river was checked and Kristiansen tabled the K♥K♣. Ingebrigtsen had outflopped that as she revealed 8♥8♣ for eights full before raking in the pot.
On a completed board of 10♥7♣2♥J♥2♦ with some 33,000 in the middle, Ville-Matti Lintula had checked and was then deep in the tank after Frank Wikne moved all-in. Rasmus Sihvonen then called the clock and Lintula called with five seconds remaining.
"Good call," Sihvonen instantly said and was right, as Lintula had the K♥10♣ and doubled for 14,100 versus Wikne's A♦K♣. "Good call and good bluff," Sihvonen declared once more.
An initial field of 269 entries has been cut down to 144 hopefuls already and they all aim to make it through the next 45 minutes and final hands of the night to advance to Day 2.

Picking up the action on the J♥9♠6♠8♠ turn, Monica Klingenberg check-raised from 9,000 to 24,000. Asgeir Lund on the button pushed all-in and was snap-called.
Klingenberg instantly said she had a flush and then showed her A♠5♠, while Lund had exactly one out with the Q♥10♠. He needed the seven of spades for a straight flush but the miracle never came with the A♦ river.
Dmitri Dudakov recently doubled only to then bust soon after and a former big stack was also among the recent casualties as well. Not long ago, Edgar Blomso had a very healthy stack but it all vanished and Robert Kallikorm now boasts a large stack in the corner of the secondary tournament room.
Sander Laprik recently re-entered to get back in with thirty big blinds in the penultimate level of the evening.
