Pissarev Crosses Six Figures Against Fridriksson
Level 5
: Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
Sigurdur Fridriksson opened to 1,500 under the gun. Alger Pissarev three-bet to 4,500 in the next seat over, and Fridriksson called.
Fridriksson check-called Pissarev's bets of 2,500 on the J♦10♦6♦ flop and 8,000 on the 2♠ turn.
The 5♥ river saw Pissarev fire a third barrel, worth 13,000. Fridriksson check-called a final time, but his Q♦J♠ was no match for the J♥10♥ of Pissarev, who shipped the pot with top two.
