Petter Berg raised to 125,000 in the hijack. Oystein Stai put in a three-bet to 275,000 on the button, and Berg added calling chips to the pot.

Stai continued for 150,000 on the 9♣2♠K♠ flop. Berg check-called to the 6♠ turn, on which both players checked.

The 8♥ river saw Berg push in 750,000 as a bet. Stai spent a while in the tank, but could not find a fold and called for the majority of his stack.

Berg tabled 8♠8♦ for a rivered set, and Stai's cards disappeared into the muck.
