Runar Runarsson had already nearly doubled his stack when raised to 500 in the cutoff. Raivo Grislis then three-bet to 1,800 from the small blind, and Runarsson called.
Grislis continued for 1,200 on the 8♣K♥7♠ flop. Runarsson called to the 3♠ turn, but there he folded when Grislis tossed in 3,200 more.
Over at another table, Haraldur Petursson was also spotted with a sizable tower of chips.

A blind-on-blind battle between Stefan Olofsson and Andreas Backlund headed to the 9♠A♥K♦ flop. With 4,500 in the pot, Backlund bet 1,200, and Olofsson check-called.
The 6♣ turn then checked through to the 7♠ river, where Olofsson led out for 6,100. Backlund spent a minute in thought before he tossed in a calling chip.
Olofsson sighed as he revealed J♥10♦ for a bluff. Backlund tabled K♣8♠, winning the pot with his pair.
In a pot of roughly 2,000, Markus Volk checked the K♥9♣J♠ flop under the gun, and Alessandro Barone checked back on the button. Volk checked again on the 8♦ turn, but Barone announced a gigantic all-in worth about 19,000.
Volk snapped his opponent off, and the cards were revealed.

Barone's two pair needed help against Volk's set, but he was eliminated instead when the Q♠ river provided none.
Andres Vilhjalmsson, under the gun, and Pal Koppegodt on the button had already built a 3,600 pot when they reached the 4♦A♣7♦ flop. Vilhjalmsson checked to Koppegodt, who fired a bet of 800.
Vilhjalmsson called to the Q♦ turn, where Koppegodt sized up to 3,000. Vilhjalmsson wanted to see a river and check-called, and the Q♥ completed the board as a result.
Vilhjalmsson checked again, but Koppegodt kept pushing chips into the pot. He bet 7,500, enough to fold Vilhjalmsson out and earn the pot without showdown.
Not much later, Vilhjalmsson was seen walking away from the table. He had been eliminated, and his chips were added to Koppegodt's stack.
