Saliba Cools Down Bedell

Level 19 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Vivian Saliba put on her jacket in the chilly Bombay Club poker room and the tournament floor said they will turn the heater up.

"I don't feel the cold," Tom-Aksel Bedell said.

"That's because you're running hot," Fredrik Lindstrom replied.

"With that stack I would feel it," Bedell joked, pointing at Lindstrom's much-smaller stack.

Bedell then raised to 175,000 on the button and Saliba called in the big blind.

Both players checked the K108 flop and Saliba then led out for 175,000 on the 9 turn. Bedell called and the Q fell on the river.

Saliba then bet 400,000 and Bedell quickly folded.

"Don't send him back to Stockholm," Anton Suarez said to Guerra from the rail.

"He's never going to come back. He hates tournaments," Guerra replied.

Bystrom was ahead with a pair of eights against Guerra's flush draw, and the board ran out 2J to give him two pair and the double up.

Saliba Takes From Bedell

Level 19 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

"Tom, I didn't think you were superstitious but you're wearing the same shirt as yesterday. I don't want to ask if you're wearing the same underwear too," Vivian Saliba said to Tom-Aksel Bedell at the start of the day.

"Everything is the same," Bedell replied.

Bedell then raised to 120,000 on the button and Saliba called. Both players checked the K106 flop.

Bedell bet 330,000 on the J turn and Saliba used a time bank before calling. The 5 river was then checked down and Saliba showed KJ97 for two pair to win the pot.
