PLO Masters Battle For Supremacy in the Diamond Poker Series Tallinn €10,300 Championship

Diamond Poker Series Tallinn
Diamond Poker Series Tallinn

The tournament all of the Pot-Limit Omaha specialists have been waiting for to prove their mastery is finally here when Day 1 of the Diamond Poker Series PLO Grand Slam Tallinn €10,300 Championship begins at 3 p.m. local time.

For the past week, the best four-card experts across Europe have come to the Chesterfield Poker Club in the Estonian capital to compete in what is quickly becoming the premier PLO festival on the continent. The championship is for the purely elite, sure to attract a veritable who’s who in the poker world.

Players begin with a 200,000 starting stack and will play nine 45-minute levels on Day 1. Unlimited reentries are available during the registration period, with late registration open until the end of Level 11 on Day 2. All survivors return tomorrow at 3 p.m., where levels are extended to 60 minutes. The final day begins at 1 p.m. on April 13 as the venue switches to the exclusive Bombay Club for the crowning of a champion.

Tom-Aksel Bedell emerged victorious at the last Diamond Poker Series championship in Tirana in January, beating a field of 191 entries that included a final table consisting of Lautaro Guerra, Tom Vogelsang, and Gergo Nagy. Bedell notably earned his entry by firing eight bullets in the €5,200 event, turning that investment into the €438,000 first prize.
