Petersen Bluffs the Table, Barakat Can't Bluff Him

Level 14 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Alexander Petersen

More than 1,000,000 was already in the pot as Youness Barakat and Alexander Petersen went to the river on a completed board of A4910Q.

Barakat then moved all in from the small blind, having Petersen's remaining 700,000 covered. "Why do I hit the flush? How are you bluffing?" Petersen said as he tanked for a few minutes.

"If I fold and you show a bluff, I won't be able to sleep tonight and it will be way more expensive," Petersen added. He eventually put in the rest of his chips.

"You win," Barakat said, showing AK98 for two pair. Petersen didn't have a flush, but he did show J1084 for a straight to win the pot and double up.

"This crazy guy from Denmark. We all believed he had the flush," Dominykas Karmazinas said.

"If I win, going out tonight is on me," Petersen told him.

"You can't afford to go out with me," Karmazinas added.
