Fredrik Lindstrom Eliminated in 8th Place (€25,730)

Level 22 : Blinds 50,000/125,000, 125,000 ante
Fredrik Lindstrom
Fredrik Lindstrom

Fredrik Lindstrom raised to 375,000 in the cutoff and Youness Barakat reraised to 1,300,000 on the button. Lindstrom called and the flop came Q43.

Both players checked to the K turn, where Lindstrom led out for 1,800,000. Barakat called and the 6 fell on the river.

Lindstrom checked to Barakat who moved all in, sending Lindstrom deep into the tank. "Ace-king? Jack-ten without the clubs?" Lindstrom asked as he took a few minutes before calling for 3,500,000.

Barakat turned over AK108 for a flush and Lindstrom flashed KQ93 for a smaller flush as both players stood up to snap a photo of the board before the massive pot was pushed to Barakat.

Lindstrom, the chip leader at the start of the final table, was sent to the rail in eighth place while Barakat built an overwhelming chip lead.
