At the same time at another table, Theo Jorgensen got his last 300,000 in from the button on a flop of A♠8♠10♣ and Yusuf Kumtepe put him at risk in the big blind.

In a blind versus blind battle, Tom-Aksel Bedell led out for 100,000 on a J♠K♥Q♣8♣ flop and Anh Do called.
The river was the 4♦ and Bedell bet another 280,000. Do again called and Bedell showed A♠J♣10♥9♥ for a flopped straight to win the pot.

Yusuf Kumtepe raised to 80,000 in the cutoff and Tom-Aksel Bedell called on the button. Aki Vihikainen then reraised to 340,000 in the big blind and both opponents called.
The flop came 6♣4♠4♦ and Vihikainen bet 260,000. Kumtepe called, but Bedell then raised all in. Vihikainen called for 1,240,000 and Kumtepe got out of the way.

"Come on, spades," Bedell pleaded as both he and Vihikainen showed trip fours, but Vihikainen spiked the A♦ on the turn to make a full house.
"How is that possible," Bedell lamented as the Q♠ completed the board on the river, earning Vihikainen a double up.
"Bye, bye," Bedell said as his chips were pushed across the table.

Leonid Yanovski raised to 140,000 in early position, Jonas Klausen. moved all in for 420,000 in the hijack, and Yanovski called.

"Nice hand," Klausen said after seeing Yanovski's aces.
"Don't say that. Wait for the runout," Yanovski replied, but Klausen got no help on the 9♣4♦4♥6♦J♠ board and was eliminated in 22nd place.
A few hands earlier, Yanovski had doubled up for 475,000 when his A♣Q♠4♦4♣ hit trips on a A♦2♣K♠Q♥A♠ board against Andriy Lyubovetskiy's J♥J♦7♥7♠.

Anh Do bet 200,000 from the hijack on a flop of A♣J♥9♠ and Aki Vihikainen called in the cutoff.
The turn was the 6♠ and Do bet 485,000, leaving himself 5,000 behind. Vihikainen called and the 8♥ fell on the river.
Do checked to Vihikainen who moved all in, and Do paused for a moment before calling off his last chip. Vihikainen showed 10♠9♦8♣7♦ for a rivered straight and Do tossed A♠K♥4♠3♠ into the muck on his way to the exit.

Stefan Lehner bet 125,000 from the big blind on a board of 4♥8♠7♦10♥ and Amir Mozaffarian raised to 740,000 under the gun. Vitalijs Korhs then moved all in for 965,000 on the button, Lehner folded, while Mozaffarian called.
Korhs showed Q♣J♠9♥9♣ for a straight, while Mozaffarian had K♠J♦J♣10♦. The river was the 8♥ and Korhs doubled up.
At another table, Henri Kasper was all in for 320,000 from the big blind and up against Alexander Petersen under the gun.

Both players ended up with trips on the 6♣J♦8♦8♥3♠ board, but Kasper had the ace-kicker to win the pot and double up.
"I run so bad. I've lost every hand since the break," Petersen joked, as on the contrary he had built up his stack to nearly 6,000,000 since dinner mostly at the expense of Youness Barakat who is down to around 2,000,000.
