The curtain has fallen on Day 1c of the $1,100 Eurasian Poker Tour (EAPT) Cyprus here at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel and Spa.
By the end of the night Georgios Tsouloftas held a commanding chip lead over the rest of the field, finishing with 4,265,000 chips, the biggest overall stack from the first three starting flights. Other top stacks at the end of the night include WPT champion Alessio Isaia (3,430,000) and Vadim Burin (3,030,000).
Some players who entered Day 1c but fell before the end of the night include Dmitry Gromov, Ankit Ahuja, Aylar Lie and Weiran Pu.

In a preflop confrontation Charalampos Charalampous was all in for 1,250,000 and up against an opponent who covered him.

It was the ultimate cooler with Charalampous having the better of it with aces versus kings. He held up on the A♣2♣5♦5♣4♣ runout to score a massive double up on the stone bubble.
