More Sit 'n Go Madness

PokerNews has been informed that after we left the floor last night following the first of the €20,000 Sit' n Go tourneys, the fellas went at it quite a few more times. A total of three €20,000 SNGs were played with essentially the same group of players including Joe Hachem, Greg Raymer, Johnny Lodden, Haralabos Voulgaris, and a number of European and Norwegian internet pros. Following the third of the €20,000 SNGs, the guys played one last SNG, this time for €40,000.

To check out a report as well as footage of the SNG shennanigans, check out the EPT Day 3 Recap in our Video Gallery.

Three-Way All In

At one of the final four tables three players were all in. Unfortunately for the other players in the tournament hoping to lose a few players and move up a the pay scale there was no such luck. The short stack doubled up, the second player took a side pot keeping him in the tournament and the third player had them both covered in chips and has now taken a hit to his stack.

Jacob Larsson Eliminated in 27th Place

Jacob Larsson (Sweden) was involved in a three way pot with Josh Prager (USA) and Simon Johansson (Sweden).

Larsson had {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}
Johansson had {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Parger {J-Spades}{10-Hearts}

Prager flopped a {10-Diamonds} and his pair held up as Larsson's hand did not improve. Johansson picked up the side pot with pocket 8s against Larrson who headed to the rail. Larsson won €26,550 for 27th place.
