Here Come the Norwegians

Kristian Kjondal
Kristian Kjondal
The players from Norway have done very well at this year's EPT. There are three remaining out of the final four tables. About 25 or so Norwegians bought into the event (or about 3% of the entire field). Right now, they represent almost 10% of the remaining players.

Christopher Ulsrud and Kristian Kjondal are big time online cash game players. Both are 21 years old. Lars Eidissen is in his mid-20s and doesn't play as higher stakes as his fellow countrymen. However, he's considered to have the most poker acumen out of the remaining Norwegian players. He's not as reckless and plays a more conservative game, but if he gets more chips, members of the Norwegian press think he has the best shot to go all the way.

We'll be keeping a close eye on the Norwegians.
