Ruthenberg Strikes

After continually pushing all in on Sebastian Ruthenberg's big blind from the small blind, Fintan Gavin was finally looked up when the German woke up with {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. But Gavin wasn't on a complete steal, as he revealed {A-Spades}{7-Hearts}. The {9-Hearts}{3-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds} board provided no shocks though, and Ruthenberg doubled through.

A Curious River Check

Fintan Gavin opened from the button for 120,000 and Davidi Kitai called from the big blind. The flop was {K-Clubs} {8-Hearts} {3-Hearts} and both players checked. The turn came the {K-Hearts}. Kitai checked, Gavin bet 400,000 and Kitai called. The river was the {10-Diamonds}. Kitai checked and Fintan checked behind, shockingly flipping over the nut flush as Kitai mucked.

Fintan Gavin Puts the Pressure On

Fintan Gavin - Extending His Lead
Sebastian Ruthenberg folded his button and Davidi Kitai completed from the small blind. Fintan Gavin checked his big blind option and the action was heads up.

The flop came {J-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} {4-Clubs}. Kitai led out for 80,000 and Gavin made the call. When the turn fell the {3-Hearts}, Kitai fired again, this time for 160,000. Gavin called more confidently than he did on the flop.

When the river fell the {10-Diamonds}, Kitai motioned a check that had "surrender" written all over it. Gavin seized the opportunity, bet 300,000, and got a quick fold from Kitai.
