Choppy Start for Lapossie

Matt Lapossie has had an interesting, if ultimately uneventful start to the day.

First, he found himself dominating the all-in Michael Greco, holding {A-Spades}

to Greco's {A-Clubs}

. A series of overcards on the board, though, and they chopped it up.

Then a few hands later Lapossie raised preflop and fellow monster stack Marc Goodwin called to see a {4-Hearts}

flop. Lapossie bet out, and Goodwin raised another 200,000. Lapossie three-bet, Goodwin four-bet all in and Lapossie called in an instant. Wow. That's a 3,000,000 chip pot.

Goodwin: {10-Hearts}

Lapossie:

"Oh deary me," sighed Goodwin.

But wait...

Turn: {A-Diamonds}

River:

Goodwin high-fived fellow countryman Michael Greco, and declared, "Oof, getting there my son. Now I wish I was bluffing with an ace."

"So you're raising me with queen-three?" enquired a jovial Goodwin.

"So you're calling me with ten-three?" replied Lapossie. Touché.
