Brent Wheeler went all in for his last 145,000 and was called by both Allan Bække and Johannes Strassmann.
The board rolled out and the pot was checked to the riber. Bække bet to isolate and successfully did so. He tabled and it was good, sending Wheeler to the slopes in 5th place.

Brent Wheeler raised it up to 120,000 and Alain Medesan called in the big blind. They saw a flop.
Flop:
Medesan checked and Wheeler bet 140,000. Back to Medesan, who min-raised to 280,000. Back again to Wheeler, who reraised to 530,000. Medesan just flatted, and they moved to the turn.
Turn:
Medesan now bet out 500,000 and Wheeler raised all in to cover him. Call.

Medesan doubled up to take the chip lead on 4.5 million. Wheeler meanwhile was virtually felted - he was left with just 145,000 after that.

Russell Carson raised to 120,000 under the gun and Jonathan Schroer called from the cutoff. Johannes Strassmann squeezed to 380,000 on the button and got the blinds and Carson to fold. Schroer shoved for 1.2 million, knocking over his chips once again. Strassmann snap-called and the hands were revealed:

It was all over the flop as it rolled out . The turn card and river card were merely formalities as Jonathan Schroer hit the rail in 6th place.
Allan Bække did his very favourite thing and opened for 105,000; Russel Carson (behind) and Johannes Strassmann (small blind) made the call.
They saw a flop and it checked to Carson who bet 165,000. Strassmann folded but Bække called and they went heads up to the turn.
Both players checked the turn and Bække checked the river too. When Carson bet 415,000 Bække was left with a fairly big decision and eventually opted to call - but then mucked when Carson flipped for a flopped top pair, top kicker that had turned into a flush by the river.
