Luca Cainelli gave a textbook nitroll to keep Matthias Lotze sweating preflop for the longest possible time, before calling to take him out. The pot had been opened by Cainelli for 230k, and Lotze had pushed all in preflop for 1,085,000. Lotze's chips hovered in mid-table limbo for an unusual amount of time, as first neighbour Andreas Wiese asked for an accurate count, and then Michael Eiler too jumped on the timebank bus for a few stops. But in the end it was down to Cainelli to make the decision to call and put Lotze's tournament life at risk. He looked pained, thought for a minute or more, and finally called with

and stood up.
The flop came down 
spelling the beginning of the end for Lotze, and the turn and river 
were not black tens. Lotze heads to the rail while Cainelli takes over the chip lead with nearly 5.5 million chips.
