Peter Hedlund, with a healthy 36,100, is one of the few Day 1b players to have embraced chatting through the early levels. This has to be one of the most low-key fields in total ever seen on the EPT - there is occasionally some polite discussion of hands or queries aimed at the dealer, but the banter-ometer is reading close to zero.
He was last seen saying with a completely straight face to his tablemate, "You know, next year this event, the Main Event, is going to be Deuce to Seven."
