Heather Uprooted

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Pham Thanh Hai opened to 400 from the cutoff and Nick Heather made it 1,100 on the button. Kristijonas Andrulis then reraised to 2,650 from the big blind, Hai folded but Heather called to see a {J-Diamonds} {7-Spades} {6-Clubs} flop.

Andrulis fired out 3,500 and Irishman Heather called to see a {3-Hearts} turn, where Andrulis now bet 5,800 and again Heather made the call.

The {K-Diamonds} came on the river and Andrulis said, "How much do you have left?"

"About 7,000," came the reply.

Andrulis fired out 10,000 to set his opponent all-in and Heather tanked for about two minutes before calling off his remaining chips.

The Lithuanian turned over {A-Clubs} {A-Spades} and Heather sighed, "It's good," he said as the dealer flipped the Irishman's {Q-Spades} {Q-Hearts} as part of the rule about all-in showdowns.
