O'Shea Has Left The Building

Level 8 : 400/800, 75 ante

It has been quite a day for John O'Shea who was at one point flying high before losing most of his stack and then staging a comeback. Well any hopes of an EPT title will have to wait until San Remo as he has just been eliminated.

Simon Ravnsbaek raised to 2,000 from the button, O'Shea raised to 3,200 from the small blind only to see Ravnsbaek put in another raise, this one to 15,000. O'Shea then instantly moved all in for 32,100 chips in total and Ravnsbaek made the call.

O'Shea: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

Ravnsbaek: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

The flop came down {2-Hearts}{6-Spades}{j-Clubs} meaning Ravnsbaek was more than an 98% favourite to win the hand and O'Shea knowing this had already left the table before the {4-Spades} and {9-Hearts} had arrived on the turn and river respectively.
