Ladies' favourite Fabrice Soulier is up to 370,000 after knocking out another gentleman. We're not sure when the chips went in, but we'd hazard a guess that it was before the flop or on it.

Luca Cainelli had been getting pretty shove-y with his short stack - we witnessed him pushing from the small blind to a late position raise. His opponent didn't call, though.
Next hand Jason Helder opened to 5,200 in the cutoff and Cainelli shoved again, this time from the button for 28,200. Helder tanked for a while but eventually made the call, and Cainelli was gone shortly thereafter.

Helder is at 460,000.
The quietly composed Rupert Elder is quietly hovering between 160k and 220k, picking up a pot now by betting 12,000 when it was checked to him on the button of a

board after a bit of a think. On the
river Elder's bet was immediate when it was checked to him again - this time 25,000. Whatever his opponent wanted to see, that wasn't it and Elder picked up another pot without showdown.
Elsewhere the British contingent has been further slimmed with the loss of John Eames.

Victoriya Taranova has doubled through to around 130,000 after a bloated preflop pot got out of hand on a

flop. The big blind, who'd three-bet her pre, checked, and she bet 15,000. He used his entire timebank and stared at her while she sat motionless. Finally he made his decision and announced, "All in."
She snap-called and showed
while his
had sunk far behind. She paired her ten for good measure and doubled up with a quiet fistpump.

Fabrizio Ascari has been knocked out which means the relative state of noise in the tournament area has gone from "Rock concert" setting to "Village library" setting.
After an opening raise from early position to 5,400, Jan Heitmann flat-called in late position before the small blind reraised all-in for 53,200. The original raiser tanked for several minutes, finally making the call. Heitmann, having had his own time to decide what to do, instantly moved all-in for a couple of thousand more resulting in a small 4,200 side pot.

"Triple up!" said an enthusiastic Heitmann, "well...maybe."
The flop came down

helping no-one and another player on the table shouted "Six of clubs!" which elicited a laugh from the German PokerStars Team Pro.
The turn was the
and Heitmann suddenly took the lead which he held on the
river for a 170,000 pot.
"I've been down to less than 6,000 five times in this tournament...It must be destiny...or it's something very cruel..."
Kevin Stani has enjoyed a virtual double up to 90,000 - his
in the big blind came good against his opponent's
when the board came down

. It took a while to assess the stacks but Stani's opponent was indeed covered, and he took his leave.
Salman Behbehani said, "Sh*t," without a trace of anger in his voice as he knew he'd made a bad move shoving with an ace-and-a-face over the top of a preflop three-bet from Hans Vogl, who snapped him with
. The kings made a set for good measure and a full double put Vogl back in the hunt with over 80,000.
Behbehani still has over 100,000.
