Karreer Building

It's a karrnival atmosphere here.
It's a karrnival atmosphere here.

Mclean Karr is up to 105,000 and looking like the chip leader at the moment. From the button he had bet 1,250 on a flop of {9-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} with Tolly Sakellariou making the call in the big blind. The {K-Spades} came on the turn and Sakellariou was check-calling again to the tune of 3,175 this time.

The river was the {9-Clubs} which didn't appear to change too much, Sakellariou checked a final time and Karr bet a chunky-looking 15,275 - Sakellariou tanked, he only had about 26,000 left at this point and the bet represented a sizeable amount of his stack, but call he did and Karr turned over {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs} for the nut full house, pushing his stack over the 100,000 mark.

Bet Like an Egyptian

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Joe 'BigEgypt' Alpayaa picked up a sizeable pot after he fired all three streets of a {J-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} board getting check-called on the flop and turn before eliciting a fold from his opponent on the river. Alpayaa showed {K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for complete air.

Karr-Jacked

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Kyriakos Mitsopoylos just caught Mclean Karr bluffing on the river of {6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} - the American betting 5,650 on the river but declaring king-high when Mitsopoylos made the call with a winning {A-Hearts}{2-Clubs}

Ziyard Calls The Clock On Himself

We joined the action on a flop of {Q-Clubs} {7-Spades} {5-Spades} and Zimnan Ziyard bet 4,275 after play checked to him. The chip leader Evaggelos Vrakas was seated in the big blind and he raised to 12,000. There was a third player in the hand who folded before Ziyard made the call.

The dealer gave us the {3-Clubs} on the turn and with 30,000 in the pot Vrakas moved all-in for 60,000. Ziyard was sat behind a 50,000 stack and he had a decision to make. In the end Ziyard called the clock on himself and when it counted down to zero his hand was folded.

Ziyard was allowed to choose one of Vrakas' cards and he flipped over the {5-Hearts}.

Karr Puts the Breaks On

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante
McLean Karr
McLean Karr

Mclean Karr fired out 2,075 on a flop of {10-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and Tolly Sakellariou was the only player out of the five to the flop who made the call. The {A-Clubs} came on the turn and Karr checked, Sakellariou wasting little time in putting out a bet of 4,200. Karr didn't like this and reluctantly gave up his hand - the American still has above his starting stack however.
