onto the board and the action checks to David Vamplew in the hijack seat, who bets 1,050. There is one caller and it comes in the shape of Kasper Jacobsen in the big blind.
The turn card is the 
and Jacobsen check-calls a 2,325 Vamplew double barrel. On the river we get the 
and once more the action is check-call. The bet size is 5,300 and Jacobsen won't be seeing it again.
