EPT regular Paul Berende looks positively miserable. He has had a difficult start to the day and it has just gotten a lot worse after this hand.
Lauri Varonen raised to 525 on the button and Berende three-bet to 1,350 in the small blind. Varonen made the call and the two of them shared a flop of 
. Berende took 1,500 from his stack and moved it over the line, while the dulcet tone of Varonen just said, "call."
The turn card was the 
and Berende bet once more - this time for 3,250 - and once again the table heard the Fin say, "call." On the river we saw the 
and Berende bet 6,250 and the Finn called in a heartbeat.
"You are good," said Berende before mucking his hand.
Varonen took the pot - without revealing his hand - and now has 45,000. Berende is now down to 12,000
