Boeree Falls; Ivey Booms

Phil Ivey (€100,000 Super High Roller)
Phil Ivey (€100,000 Super High Roller)

On the {Q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} board, Phil Ivey bet 32,000 and Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree raised to 75,000. After a little bit of thought, Ivey reraised all in. Boeree called and put all of her 225,000 or so chips on the line.

Ivey tabled the nuts with the {J-Hearts}{9-Clubs}. Boeree was behind with the {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for a set of eights, but did have outs to a full house.

The river completed the board with the {J-Spades} and Ivey's straight held up. He eliminated Boeree en route to 700,000 in chips.

Ace-King for Litvinov

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Artem Litvinov raised to 12,500 and Martin Finger reraised to 25,000 from the cutoff seat. Litvinov called and took a {J-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} flop out of position. Litvinov checked and Finger bet 23,000. Litvinov called.

The turn was checked by both players after the {4-Spades} paired the board and then the {A-Spades} landed on the river. Litvinov checked and Finger bet 70,000. Litvinov tanked for a couple minutes, then called.

Finger tabled the {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Litvinov the {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}. Litvinov won the pot.
