Ricardo Ibanez Rodriguez won a hand, jumped out of his chair and beat his chest as he tried to stake his claim as the alpha male of the table. Joining the action on the river of a board and Borge Dypvik fired out a bet of 55,000 only for Nicolas Levi to raise to 158,000. Dypvik looked a little surprised, "Pocket eights?" he inquired.
Counting out the chips which would leave him with just 80,000 if wrong, Dypvik finally gave into his inner curiousity and made the call. Levi flipped for trips and scooped the pot, boosting his own stack over the 600,000 mark.
