Eugene Katchalov opened for 32,000 under the gun only to have Juha Helppi, who was next to act, three-bet to 66,000. Action folded around to Sorel Mizzi in the big blind and he responded by four-betting to 121,000.
Katchalov wasted little time in getting out of the way, and Helppi thought for about 30 seconds before five-betting to 231,000. Mizzi hit the tank for about a minute before folding his hand and offering, "I'll give you $10 if you show a bluff."
Helppi declined the offer.
