Neumann Adds More

Marko Neumann opened to 400 in early position, and an opponent three-bet to 1,500 from the small blind. Neumann responded with a four-bet to 4,400, and his opponent called.

The flop fell {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{a-Hearts}, and the player in the small blind check-called 4,400 from Neumann.

The turn was the {3-Spades}, the player checked again, and Neumann fired 7,400. The player released, and Neumann picked up the pot.

Weisner vs. Avdylaj

Three players each put in 500 preflop and saw a flop of {4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Macedonia's Negjdel Avdylaj was first to act and bet a modest 575, Melanie Weisner called from the hijack, and Daniel Balaiasa folded from the button. Avdylaj proceeded to check-call a bet of 1,000 on the {4-Spades} turn, and then checked the {Q-Spades} river. Weisner casually tossed out two red T1,000 chips and announced, "1,800." The bet was enough to get the job done as Avdylaj chucked his cards to the muck.

Chidwick Gives Up On The River

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Oleg Perepletchikov's river raise was enough to force Stephen Chidwick off his hand in a hand that just took place over on Table 20.

With the board reading {5-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}, Chidwick bet 2,250 from the small blind and Perepletchikov moved his 5,300 stack into the middle in a rather resigned manner. Chidwick considered what the best course of action was for his holding for approximately 30 seconds before settling on a fold.

Darcourt Done

We're unsure of the details, but Guillaume Darcourt has been eliminated. He was just seen speaking with a fellow Frenchman before shrugging his shoulders and heading towards the exit.

No matter what language you speak, the half-hearted shrug after a hand history usually signifies an elimination.
