Level 11 Eliminations

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Updated Chip Counts from Former Table 4

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

We say former because right after we collected these counts the table broke and the players were dispersed to new seats.

No Pain, No Blain

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante
Dermot Blain
Dermot Blain

Full Tilt Poker Tour Ambassador Dermot Blain is out after he squeezed for 35,000 with {A-}{Q-} after a raise and call. Unfortunately for the ginger Irishman, the initial raiser had kings and the flop came with both ace and king to finish him off.

Brown Trousers More Chips

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante
Jamie Brown
Jamie Brown

A double for English high stakes cash specialist Jamie Brown. He's now up to 140,000 after his {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} hit the {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} board much harder than Alain Debackere's {A-}{Q-}.

Kurganov in Trouble

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

The board read {K-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts} when Igor Kurganov was facing a 11,700-chip bet. Kurganov had around the same amount left and after a while he opted to save his chips for a different spot.

Kurganov's opponent, Candido Gonsalves, showed {3-Spades}{3-Hearts} and he kept growing his stack.

A Lexcellent Adventure

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante
Lex Veldhuis
Lex Veldhuis

Team PokerStars Pro Lex Veldhuis is up to 95,000 after he eliminated PokerStars qualifier Marcin Wydrowski with {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} against {A-Hearts}{J-Spades}. The board came {4-Spades}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{2-Clubs} - no help for the Pole.

Reichardt Doubles And Busts

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Sven Reichardt was just all in on back-to-back hands but he did not manage to double up twice. First it was Joel Nordkvist who raised to 2,200 under the gun and and Reichardt moved all in from the button for 16,000. Nordkvist quickly called.

Nordkvist: {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}
Reichardt: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

The board ran out {2-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{J-Spades} and Reichardt doubled up. On the very next hand Reichardt put his chips to good use and raised it up to 2,500 himself. It was Candido Gonsalves who three-bet from the button to 5,800 and both blinds folded. Reichardt proceeded to move all in and Gonsalves quickly called.

Gonsalves: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}
Reichardt: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

The board ran out {J-Spades}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and Reichardt's dream was over.
