Ausmus Eliminated

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

On the {8-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop, Adam Jaguscik and one other player checked to Jeremy Ausmus. Ausmus fired a bet of an unknown amount with one blue T5,000 chip, and Jaguscik check-raised to 10,000. The other player folded, then Ausmus moved all in for 61,300. Jaguscik called.

Ausmus had the {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for an over pair, and Jaguscik had the {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs} for two overs and a flush draw.

The turn was the {5-Clubs} to deliver a quick fatal blow to Ausmus. The river completed the board with the {Q-Hearts}, and Ausmus was off to the registration desk to reenter.

Little Doubles

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

The completed board read {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{4-Spades}{9-Diamonds} with Jonathan Little and Joel Nordkvist engaged in heads up action. Nordkvist checked the river over to Little who moved all in for his last 29,000. Nordkvist wasted little time reaching for chips and dropping out a call, only to muck his hand after seeing Little's {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}. Little's flopped set of queens guaranteed him a double up and he now has about 84,000 to his name. Nordkvist, on the other hand, has fallen to approximately 55,000.

Kenney Ships on Rudd

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Bryn Kenney and Daniel Rudd were heads up on a board of {7-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{7-Spades}{9-Spades}. We arrived in time to see Kenney fire out a bet of 7,400 and Rudd call from the button to see a river.

The dealer finished off the community cards with the {5-Diamonds}. Kenney took one last look at his hole cards before moving all in for his last 20,500. Rudd spent just over a minute in the tank and ultimately opted to kick his hand into the muck. Kenney survived, scooped the pot, and now has about 65,000 in chips.

Big One for Chan; He's Over 300K Now

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 200 ante
Ping San Chan
Ping San Chan

When we arrived at the table, Ping San Chan had a big bet of 115,000 in front of him, and his opponent, Michael Egan, had 20,000 in front of him. The final board was {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}, and Egan was deep in the tank. After a couple minutes of thought, Egan opted to fold. The table begged Chan to show one card, and he turned over the {9-Clubs}. He followed it up by showing the {A-Diamonds}, and that put a little smirk on Egan's face.
