Checking Blind and Betting Blind
In an interesting hand, Rainer Kempe opened for 650 with blinds at 100/200, and got calls in the hijack and from Jonathan Khalifa in the big blind. The flop was 
and Khalifa check-called a continuation bet from Kempe for 1,900, with the player in the hijack folding.
Before the turn card was dealt, Khalifa checked in the dark. After the 
was dealt, Kempe checked behind. And before the river was dealt, Khalifa bet 3,000 blind. The river card was the 
. Kempe thought for a bit before raising to 16,500. Khalifa insta-called.
The German player showed 
for a rivered full house, and Khalifa's reaction was instant. "I had Ace-Jack, I had Ace-Jack," he said as he got out of his chair. This big pot certainly moved Kempe up the chip counts as he moved over 70,000 in chips.
