Breaking: Fedor Holz Busts

Level 7 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Fedor Holz
Fedor Holz

Fedor Holz was missing from the table and we asked Tobias Reinkemeier what had happened to his former table mate. He told us Farid Jattin was the one responsible.

Jattin, who finished fifth in the WPT Championship for $238,070 last February, told us he had opened under the gun and Holz had called from the big blind. Holz then check shoved for his last 25,000 over Jattin's 10,000 continuation bet on a flop of {Q-}{8-}{3-}. Jattin made the call with {J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and was up against the {K-}{10-} suited of Holz. Jattin hit a {9-} to eliminate Holz.

Fedor Holz still has the option to reenter, so the field isn't rid of him totally just yet.
