Hands #20-24: Guerrero Flops a Flush With 6-3!

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #20: Oren Rosen found {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and made it 170,000. Big blind Pierre Calamusa asked how much his opponent had (2.5 million), and then called with the {9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}.

The flop came {8-Hearts}{A-Spades}{8-Spades} and Calamusa and Rosen both checked. The {4-Spades} fell on the turn and Calamusa checked again. Rosen bet 155,000 into the 460,000 pot, which was enough to take it down as Calamusa folded.

Hand #21: Action folded to small blind Pierre Calamusa and he limped in with {K-Diamonds}{7-Spades}. Adrien Allain checked his {A-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} and the flop came {4-Spades}{3-Hearts}{A-Clubs}. Both players checked. The {10-Hearts} fell on the turn and Calamusa check called Alllain's 100,000 bet. The {8-Hearts} completed the board and Calamusa check called Allain's 325,000 bet now with king-high, but had to leave the pot to his neighbor with his flopped top pair.

Hand #22: On the button, Calamusa limped in with {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}. Antoine Saout had the dominated {J-Hearts}{4-Clubs} in the big blind and checked after tanking a bit. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Saout check folded to Calamusa's 80,000 bet.

Hand #23: Jimmy Guerrero picked up the blinds and antes raising {K-Clubs}{10-Clubs} to 175,000 from the hijack.

Hand #24: From middle position, Jimmy Guerrero limped in with {6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. Small blind Oren Rosen completed and Jan Bendik holding {K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} checked his option. The flop came {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}, giving Bendik a pair and royal flush draw, while Guerrero flopped the flush.

Both blinds checked and Guerrero bet 100,000. Rosen folded and Bendik check raised to 240,000. Guerrero called. The {10-Spades} on the turn saw Bendik bet 365,000 and Guerrero called.

The {Q-Spades} on the turn saw Bendik check so the pot remained 1,530,000. Guerrero bet 450,000 and Bendik called with his rivered straight. Bendik mucked a bit frustrated, saying "How is this possible?" with a muffled voice.
