Bartolini Doubles With a Set

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

From the cutoff, Marco Bartolini made a raise to 26,000. Peter Ockenden folded his button and it was over to Dmitry Yurasov in the small blind. He made a three-bet to 76,000 and Aliaksei Boika got out of the way.

It was back to Bartolini who gave it a minute before moving all in. "How much", asked Yurasov immediately. The all in was for 321,000 and he made the call.

Bartolini had {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and it was a race against Yurasov's {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}.

Yurasov hit an ace on the {A-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Hearts} but it gave Bartolini a set. The double up was secured after the {3-Spades} hit the turn. The {6-Clubs} was inconsequential.

Xixiang Luo Doubles Through Bastian Dohler

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Xixiang Luo
Xixiang Luo

Xixiang Luo open-shoved 104,000 from the cutoff. The last remaining PokerStars Spin & Go-qualifier left in the field, Bastian Dohler, looked Luo up from the small blind.

Xixiang Luo: {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}
Bastian Dohler: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

Luo took a commanding lead on the {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{5-Spades}, reducing Dohler to just one out. The turn {5-Spades} and river {4-Hearts} weren't the case queen, giving Luo the full double-up.

Dominik Panka Doubles Through Guillaume Diaz

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Dominik Panka
Dominik Panka

As the short stack, Dominik Panka already shoved earlier and picked up the blinds and antes. Up to 118,000, Panka shoved again, this time from under the gun. Guillaume Diaz looked him up from the cutoff to put the PCA 2014 champion at risk.

Dominik Panka: {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Guillaume Diaz: {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}

Panka was dominated, but flopped some extra outs on the {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop. Sure enough, the {7-Hearts} landed on the turn, improving Panka to a straight. The river was the {4-Diamonds} and Panka doubled up.

Colautti Wins From Yurasov

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Daniele Colautti opened to 25,000 from early position. Dmitry Yurasov three-bet to 75,000 from late position and Colautti called. The flop brought {K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades} and Colautti check-called a 82,000 bet from Yurasov. Both players checked the {5-Spades} on the turn.

Colautti led out 130,000 on the {5-Clubs} river, which Yurasov called after two minutes.

Colautti showed {K-Spades}{J-Spades} for kings and fives, enough to take down the pot.

Luo Raises Big; Then Folds

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

The redraw was already in progress but Xixiang Luo and Chi Zhang were still involved in a big hand.

The board was {2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Luo had made a bet of 154,000, leaving him with only 150,000 behind. Zhang wasn't scared by that bet and moved all in.

Luo thought about it for a couple of minutes but eventually folded his hand leaving him with only 12 big blinds.

Panka Doubles Through Abela

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Right before the redraw, Dominik Panka was all in for his last 41,000 in chips. He got called by big blind Konrad Abela.

Panka had {7-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and was happy to see he was live and had a flip against Abela's {5-Spades}{5-Clubs}.

"I take that", said Panka. "Let's win the flip, come on dealer one time."

The camera's gathered around the table and Panka started to joke. "Come on, it's only three big blinds, nothing to worry about."

But Panka needed to worry because his handed hardly connected with the {K-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{A-Clubs} flop. The {6-Diamonds} turn gave him a straight draw and the {5-Diamonds} was good for him.

Abela hit his set but it wasn't the right time to do so because Panka made a straight and doubled up through the local hero.

Panka is still short and Abela isn't sitting on many chips either. The Maltese player is aiming for the seventh place or better here which will make him top the all-time money list ranking for Malta on the Hendon Mob. Currently, Abela is fourth on that list.

Sarah Herzali Eliminated in 25th Place (€15,540)

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Sarah Herzali
Sarah Herzali

Benjamin Pollak raised to 28,000 from the cutoff. Herzali, crippled after that last hand, called for 11,000 all in from the small blind. Tomas Macnamara called to see a flop as well.

Macnamara and Pollak checked the {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{10-Clubs} flop. Macnamara bet 30,000 on the {6-Spades} turn and Pollak folded.

Tomas Macnamara: {Q-Spades}{9-Hearts}
Sarah Herzali: {9-Spades}{4-Spades}

Herzali was drawing to a four to stay alive, but the river {7-Diamonds} ended her run in 25th place.
