Adrian Mateos opened to 60,000 from the cutoff and Viliyan Petleshkov moved all in for 430,000 from the button. The action folded to Vlado Banicevic in the big blind and he called all in for around 355,000, Mateos folded.

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Ihar Soika raised to 65,000 from under the gun and Josip Simunic shoved out of the small blind for 795,000 to force a fold.

Soon after, the Austrian made it 65,000 to go from the cutoff and William Kassouf called on the button, as did Grzegorz Wyraz in the big blind. The flop of {A-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts} was checked to Simunic and his continuation bet worth 85,000 scooped the pot.

Simunic also claimed the blinds and antes by raising the next hand and moved up to more than a million.

Serda Takes One From Kovtunov

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Patrick Serda checked with about 300,000 already in the pot after the river on the {3-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{a-Hearts} board. Glib Kovtunov bet 150,000 and then went into the tank for about five minutes after Serda raised his bet to 450,000.

Kovtunov had his head down on the table for one point for close to a minute. He then lifted his head back up, counted out the 300,000 chips the call would have cost him and counted his remaining chips. A couple of more minutes passed before Kovtunov sighed and folded {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds} face-up. Serda showed just one of his cards, the {9-Diamonds}.

Matas Cimbolas who wasn't involved in the hand and quiet until it was over commented, "I knew you were bluffing."

Oliver Weis Eliminated With Dueces

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Jussi Nevanlinna opened from under the gun for 65,000 before Oliver Weis three-bet to 540,000 from late position with just 40,000 chips behind.

The action folded back to Nevanlinna who asked if he could call and then bet in the dark on the flop and was told by the dealer that was fine.

Weis, who only had about one bet behind when the flop came {3-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Spades} and was given a couple of minutes to act before time was called. With five seconds left, he called and was drawing very thin as Nevanlinna flopped a flush with {A-Spades}{Q-Spades} while Weis with {2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} needed a pair of runners to stay alive.

Nevanlinna said "Bad luck for you" before the board completed with {9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} on the turn and river to eliminate Weis in 18th place,
