Sitbon Eliminated by Llapi

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Julien Sitbon raised to 45,000 from mid-position, Mario Llapi three-bet to 130,000 from the big blind which Sitbon called.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, Llapi bet 90,000 and Sitbon shoved for 410,000 in total.

Julien Sitbon: {A-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Mario Llapi: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Sitbon had flopped the straight, flush, and straight flush draw while Llapi had hit the set of kings.

The turn was the {6-Diamonds} which was the right color but not the right suit.

Sitbon bricked the river which was the {3-Clubs} and he was sent to the payout desk.

Salvatore & Riess Out

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Giovanni Salvatore was all in and at risk when he put his last 180,000 in the middle with {A-Hearts}{8-Clubs}. He was put at risk by Francois Evard with {A-Spades}{9-Hearts}.

The {J-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{J-Spades} flop brought plenty of opportunities for a chop pot and the {K-Spades} turn even more. The river was the {3-Diamonds} and Salvatore thought for a couple seconds that the two would chop the pot, but he realized that he just busted out of the tournament.

A couple of hands later it was Ryan Riess who also was sent to the rail when he could not win a flip with ace-queen against pocket fives.

Cooler For Traply

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Peter Traply completed his small blind and Bryan Paris raised to 70,000 in the big blind. Traply shoved for around 460,000 and Paris snap-called, flipping his cards over immediately.

Peter Traply: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Bryan Paris: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

The whole table exclaimed: "wow!" when they saw their cards.

The board ran out {9-Hearts}{a-Spades}{3-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{7-Hearts} for Paris' pocket kings to hold and eliminate Traply from the tournament.

Kitai Eliminated

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Davidi Kitai got his last 150,000 in the middle with {Q-Spades}{J-Hearts} and he needed to hit a flip against Paul Michaelis with {2-Spades}{2-Clubs}.

The board ran out {6-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{7-Spades}{K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} and Kitai did not improve his hand so the deuces of Michaelis won the hand.
